Especially if you have a hard time finding clothes that fit you right......
why do I say that you ask?
Well at eShakti you can customize every part of your clothing purchase, from the measurements
to the sleeves to the trim & the collar cut.
This clothing is custom made for YOU!
You know it's going to fit & it's going to fit perfect because you are in charge.
Let your inner Fashion Star out as you
design a dress or shirt to what you like best and to what will fit you.
Ruffle front poplin dress-check out the different colors it comes in here
I adore the color of this Passementarie trim poplin dress
You're sure to find the perfect little black dress too like this
Her fifties sundress
Which also comes in this nautical version-too cute!
Look at how fun the Bow front corset style dress looks
They have a ton of new fun printed dresses too in the Social Butterfly section
like this Gradient dots drape dress
& how about this pretty Rosette trimmed blooms dress
Now it's your turn to experience how great a custom fit dress looks and feels on your
unique body type.
eShakti is giving any one product of choice to ONE lucky reader of Stay At Home Nation
(so you must follow publicly through gfc)
Not only do they have fabulous styles & prints of dresses, but also tops, skirts, pants, purses, & more!
My 1 piece of advice for you is to send your exact measurement. I ordered bigger than I was because
I didn't want it too snug in certain areas. Don't do that, just send your exact measurements because
these dresses are true to size-trust me.
This prize is valued between $14-$80 depending on what you choose.
It is open to all U.S & Canada residents.
Winner will be selected June 1, 2012.

Deal Alert! 3 Month Supply Of 800mg Pure Green Coffee Bean Caps ONLY $46.50 ($179 value)
OK so if you know me, I only post 'deals' that I have actually purchased
because they truly are a great deal. I have not received any compensation for any site or
product mentioned in this post.
Kgbdeals has an awesome deal today on a 3 Month Supply of 800mg Pure Green Coffee Bean Capsules
Why is this a great deal you ask?
Well for the past week, my husband & I have been taking Green Coffee Bean Capsules & have both
lost 4 lbs each & that's with taking 2-3 200mg caps twice a day!
My husband told me about this product 3-4 weeks ago because he came across a study that showed
all the people (in a small study) lost weight & had no side effects while taking this product.
2 months after having baby #4 I was diagnosed with 2 thoracic herniated discs(which was the
cause of my recent pain & limited range of motion) since then I have developed a 3rd herniated disc(cervical). Over the past year I have not gotten much relief from these discs & have tried any & all options I have come across(except surgery)-I am hoping to heal them or at least strengthen my back so that I can live with them without so much pain.
The reason that I am disclosing this, is that after having baby #3 & #4 15 months apart, and 2 months postpartum developing my herniated discs, I have held onto an additional 40 lbs that I can't lose by exercise just yet. By taking the green coffee bean capsules, I was hoping to jump start my
weight loss so that I can get started on a workout plan that is safe for my back without aggravating it.
Since my husband & I have started the green coffee bean extract, we have not had any negative side effects. I notice that I eat less at meals & get fuller faster. It is a great product thus far & will keep you posted on our progress.
Anyways kgbdeals has this deal for the 800mg capsule(while trying to find it locally, one of the vitamin stores told me Dr Oz had mentioned this product & that is why they are always sold out), all I could find around Alpharetta was 200mg, which means a bottle of 60 only lasts a week between 2 people. The 800mg, 60 count bottle will last 1 person, 1 month. With this deal, you get 3 bottles of 60. I am not a Doctor, & this may not be the answer for everyone, but it is a great start for me & wanted to share this deal with you, since
I have seen results.
I hope this works for you too-hurry & order them HERE before they run out!
Oh and it gets better,
I also found (& used)the discount code KGBRADSMY10 at checkout-it gives you $10 credit in your kgb account. Enjoy
Much love
~Iffy~
Also if you love a fantastic & free deal-go to Mealr.net & get 2 weeks of healthy meal planning for free!
Just enter code WRIUWN5X0P instead of payment information under section 4
Check out my review of mealr HERE - I absolutely love these healthy recipes & so does my entire family

Have a great day!
XoXo
I wanted to say THANK YOU to my readers(new & old) here at Stay At Home Nation,
for any & all of you who have sent me an email, left a comment, followed me, entered or sponsored a giveaway, re-pinned something I've pinned on Pintrest, read 1 or multiple posts, tried a recipe, craft, or tip of mine, featured me, linked to me, tweeted, or helped spread the word about my blog-
Thank YOU all!
I am so fortunate to have a blog that continues to grow daily. It makes me feel the "blog love" to see the number of daily visitors from around the world who enjoy my posts.
YOU are why I continue to blog -
while it is nice to have an outlet for my creativity & thoughts,
& it is so much fun to craft & host great giveaways....
I must admit sometimes I feel a bit overwhelmed.
So Thank You also for understanding when I am late posting a link party(My Favorite Things Friday Link Party will resume tomorrow!!), or a giveaway, or a post in general.
I am trying to stay afloat with everything from the kiddos & husband, the house cleaning, Drs appointments, Birthdays & holidays, cooking, & the blog(which has to take a backseat sometimes).
So to share my Thanks to you,
I have an awesome Giveaway Finale worth over $350 this week!!
TO ENTER - (mandatory)
Follow Me Publicly through Google (gfc located on my sidebar)
(no other entries will count if you do not publicly follow as this is a Giveaway for my readers)
-then leave me a comment below letting me know you follow
(additional entries below)
1 lucky reader of Stay At Home Nation will win all of the following:
Have you ever wanted to know where your family really came from? Ancestry.com is THE place to begin your search. I was able to locate all the information(in a matter of a few months) that it took my brother to research through libraries & records over the course of a year, plus I even found more!
It really is neat to look through the actual records of past family members to see when & where they came from. I saw my great grandfather's military records & while I had some of the information, it was interesting to input it & see the matches that ancestry.com pulls up. It helps to fill in the gaps when you do not know all the details, plus it puts it all in one place. There is SO much information documented in their records from birth & death records, military, census reports, and so many more resources to help you put the puzzle pieces together of your family's past.
Ancestry.com is giving away an Annual Deluxe Membership Package valued at $299.40
There are so many features & resources to this membership package-you are going to LOVE it!
And right now you can get a 14 day trial for free- go Here for more details
And 1 Chic Sac from Isn't This Clever ~ valued at $7.99
I have used mine a bunch, from using it to hold my stuff(wallet, snack & cups for my little ones, keys, pretty much a catch all on the go =D), I have used it for a quick run to the grocery store (it holds a lot), I have even taken it to the beach & was fantastic as it held everything I needed & is very durable! I toss it in the wash & it's like new. While it does come with a convenient loop that you can hook your keys to, mine came undone, which is not a big deal because it also has a shallow pocket which I actually like better. You can even fold it back up in the pouch it comes in so you can keep it handy in your purse or in the car because it is a very useful bag!
Use discount code THNX5 to receive $5 off any order on their site Here(they have a ton of neat items!)
(You can check out my review for another item from them for the Cushy Closer Here)
PediSox are a different kind of sock....while their main purpose is to keep pedicures fresh while keeping your feet moisturized, they are so comfortable! I don't like socks that are loose or where you can feel the piling on the inside, or when fuzz gets between your toes. PediSox don't do any of that! They are snug and feel great! You can get thinner ones for the summer or thicker to keep your feet warmer in cooler months all while keeping your toes pretty =D
PediSox is giving away a pair of these adorable Ultra PediSox valued at $10
Along with the PediSox, I will be sending out a surprise package of assorted items to the winner,
because everyone loves a surprise =D
Total giveaway valued at over $350.00 in prizes this week
Additional entries count for 1 entry each but please leave a separate comment for each entry to count. Oh & be sure to either leave your email address so I can contact you

Mealr Review
Yes, yes I know I have been MIA & I do apologize
but, well Spring Break was very busy & fun, then we
all have been fighting colds & coughs, & well
honestly time kinda got away from me.
I hope you have all been well & I just wanted to share with you today a FANTASTIC
I hope you have all been well & I just wanted to share with you today a FANTASTIC
meal planning website called Mealr.
I mean c'mon look at how delicious this Salmon Tostada looks, and IS!
Just go HERE and then you can choose from 12 different meal plans.
Mealr isn't your typical meal planning website,
because you make every meal from scratch.
Every meal is cooked with healthy ingredients, fresh produce, spices, & herbs.
And you don't need to be an experienced cook, because the directions
are very clear & detailed.
(I made pizza dough from scratch last night for the first time ever & it was SO tasty & easy too!)
Take a look at a few of my favorite recipes we've made so far from Mealr.
Shrimp Scampi
Herb Crusted Salmon
(no Mealr is not an all seafood meal planning site, it's just those are my stand out favs)
There has been such a variety of foods, & since the beginning of the year, there
have been NO repeat recipes yet! Which I LOVE!
Here's the Sausage & Pepper Pizza we made last night (best pizza I've had in a long time!)
Mealr will have you and your family eating healthier,
spending more time together with home cooked meals,
improving your cooking skills, have you trying new spices & cooking techniques,
all while staying delicious!
These recipes are family friendly
& my husband & are really enjoying Mealr & I think you will too!
Check them out for free & let me know what you think or
if you already know about this little gem called

Personal Update + Only a Few More Days to Enter $118 Giveaway & Party Hiatus
Good morning all! I just wanted to remind you that there are only a couple of days left to enter part 1 of my giveaway bash! You can enter HERE
There are a ton of ways to enter & currently, under 20 entries so stop by as your chances of winning are high!
I have decided that while my 1 year anniversary giveaway (there will be 3 parts with a winner each week)
that My Favorite Things Party will be on hiatus. It will resume again in 3 weeks & I will keep you posted.
As many of you know, I have been dealing with a lot of back/health problems. I have scheduled an epidural steroid injection & I am hopeful that it will provide some sort of relief since nothing else has. If anyone has had one of these for thoracic herniated discs, please email me or leave a comment with your experience with it. If it helped, how long, or what else you did that helped you. I am at the point where the Drs have told me, my options are the injection or surgery. Which surgery is completely out of the question for me right now, at least until the little ones are older.
Any feedback or advice with this or a similar issue is greatly appreciated!
Thank you for taking the time to check out my blog.
Much Love

My Favorite Things Friday Link Party ~ #30
The weather here in Alpharetta, Ga has been
b-e-a-u-ti-ful yesterday & now today is starting off perfectly too
so needless I won't be on the computer much today either. It's supposed to storm
later so we want to get in as much sunshine & fresh air as we can. I mean it's February & was in the
70s yesterday! SO nice!
How's your weather? I don't know about you but I have Spring Fever
for sure! I'm going to make a Spring wreath soon but I just don't think I can top
my Spring wreath from last year(it was my first wreath ever). It turned out exactly as I envisioned
so I may do something in a completely different direction this year.
Did I mention I'm ready for Spring? ;)
You can check out the full tutorial HERE
and be sure to let me know what you think =D
Now let's see who made it into my
Stay At Home Nation Spotlight this week....
It All Started With Paint has some really great before & after redos like this entryway
The Moody Fashionista shared a really cute & simply way to spruce up your band aids
And I cannot get over these cute presidents pancakes from Kitchen Fun with My Three Sons
Wow so many great posts! If you were featured then grab a button(I only have the one for now) & post
it proudly!
Thank you all who linked up
& if you missed last weeks party, no worries because you can go ahead & link up this week!
All I ask is if you link up, please only link up "new" posts, &
"new" as in = new to my blog. It could be a year old and as long as it is new to my blog then go ahead link away! You don't have to follow me but it's the nice thing to do(especially if you have been to more than
1 of my parties) and please post my button (located at the top of my sidebar) somewhere on

Simplify 2012 ~ Beauty ~ Homemade Skin/Heel Softening Lotion for under $4
Alright so I must admit, I get dry, rough heels especially in the winter. I
have tried many different foot creams & treatments with little to no relief. My heels are not cracked to
where they bleed or anything but you can definitely see some crackage (yes I made that word up).
I came across a similar recipe here but like always I had to switch it up a bit.
I wasn't sure if it would even work so I didn't want to spend a bunch of money on it or waste good product in making it, so I took a trip to the Dollar Tree. I would normally never purchase their products when it comes to beauty supplies, (and certainly not food)
but I figured I could try it out & if it didn't work then I would only be out a few $$.
So here it is, and if you are wondering yes it works & yes it smells great too! I am weird about
certain smells & even unscented lotions sometimes have a smell that bothers me. No weird smells here though.
I grabbed a bottle of Dermasil =$1(this is a lotion for extra dry skin)
a squeeze tube of creamy petroleum jelly =$1( found in the baby section)
At this point you can grab a large bottle of baby lotion for $1 too if you need to or you can use J&J
baby lotion in one of the many scents it comes in. I personally have a bunch of baby wash, shampoo, & lotion I keep on hand for the littles.
I also grabbed a plastic container for a $1 while I was there since I wasn't sure how much it would make.
So we are up to $3 or $4 of you purchase the baby lotion there too.
Now let's mix up a batch:
In a bowl I placed the whole tube of creamy petroleum jelly(4oz), half the bottle of
Dermasil lotion, 1/4 bottle of J&J lotion(it was a very large bottle with a pump sorry not sure of the ounces) & 1/2 bottle of J&J Naturals Lotion(I LOVE the smell of this stuff)
This recipe is very forgiving & you can really use any scented lotion you like, in case you don't want to smell like a baby....I am around little ones all day so for me it's fine =D I also let Sydney use this because she gets dry skin in the winter too & I don't want my 7 year old smelling perfume-y.
OK so take a hand mixer & mix until well blended. Mine looks pink because of the baby lotion.
If you used another scent of the baby lotion then it would be white.
Again, this did not bother me =D
Use a spatula and put it into your container & now you have a great smelling,
very hydrating, lotion. I slather this on my heels & feet after my shower then put on my socks & when I remove them in the am I have smooth heels again =D Awesome!
I also use this on my body sometimes too but I prefer to use my Bath & Body Works lotion at night
because I like to switch up the scents & I also like to coordinate my body wash & lotion.
So I hope you try this out & it helps your dry feet & itchy skin too!
